How to use:
Press system head onto connection pin until it clicks into place. Dampen facial skin and system head with water. Apply your own cleanser to face. Turn on system. Gently massage on face for 60 seconds. Avoid eye area. Rinse face and system head with water. Advanced daily cleansing gentle enough for daily use on days when microdermabrasion treatment not used. I use it with my regular cleanser - Elishacoy bb all in one cleanser instead of the free Olay Pro x cleanser. I found that it really does cleanse much better than using my hands all these while.
It is rather easy to use, I did not have to read any manuals or look up tutorials n advance to learn how to use it, very straightforward. I did not get any sensitive skin reaction or allergy from it *whew* as I have almost always gotten that with many beauty related products due to my sensitive skin. The bristles of the brush are super soft. I have not tried the Clarosonic Mia personally but i found this to be good enough and it really does cleanse your skin squeaky clean and it also removes make up and grime.
Overall ratings over 5 stars (1 star = Bad and 5 stars = Very good)

Maintenance long term: 3/5 - I'm giving a mediocre rating on this because the replacement brushes ain't cheap and one has to replace it every 3-6 months
Cons: My only gripe is that it is difficult to open the battery cover - needs a fair bit amount of strength too remove it
