Directions
Adult: Shake well then twist tab on top of liquid-tube until it breaks off. Pour concentrate liquid into 16oz of water and shake or stir. Do not consume liquid directly from the liquid-tube. Drink one liquid-tube per day. Store in a cool dry place.

 SKIN (Collagen drink) + galvanic treatments
Here is a photo of me back in 2012 and my recent one just this 2 months (all the above pics are taken in my office's studio with the same lighting and similar make up - no photo editor is used to edit my skin except the 2012 smaller pic i edited that as it look really bad without the edits, even after editing i still look worn out). I have started taking collagen only in 2013 and have noticed a significant difference in my skin. The above photos i am using the same make up but even with make up during 2012 my skin was a little saggy with some wrinkles, not obvious to the naked eye but there were!I found that drinking /taking collagen does help in making my skin plump and smooth/firm over time. I also use microcurrent galvanic spa treatments off and on to help tone my skin and facial muscles together with my collagen regime. So far it has been working well for me. Pretty happy with it so far.
I work really long hours and the thought of aging dawns on me, i'm glad i found something that helps slow down my aging process. I will be hitting the big 30 soon and i would not want to fret over growing old on the outside as well!
I noticed that at the start you may have to take it daily but after 2-3 months you can take only once in 3 days and it will still maintain the same skin structure.

EYES - Bilberry
As for my eyes, working long hours + occasionally wearing contact lens makes my eyes really dry. And the fact that I have an existing eye prob, this exarcebates my dry eyes all the more. I take  a ccombination of Bilberry eye supplements and Omega 3 fish oil and i find that taking supplements sich as these for at least 3 months i can start to feel that my eyes become less dry. I can wear my contact lens longr than i usually could too =D
