We guarantee that our products sold in supermodels.com , supermodels-secrets.com.my and our affiliated facebook pages and also Subang jaya gallery are priced the lowest in Malaysia. If you find the same product being sold on other major online stores at a lower price in Malaysia, inform us and we will adjust our offer accordingly. Competitor's item must be an identical item by the same manufacturer and the item must be in stock. We cannot honor our price match guarantee program once the order has been shipped. We do not price match sale on clearance items. Please contact us for all price match enquiries

We will also match the price in the following types of ads:
- Buy one, get one free ads with a specified price
- Example: Buy one for RM10, get one free (BOGO)
- Competitors' ads that feature a specific item for a specified price.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We will match any local/malaysian competitor's advertised price. Not valid for international sites.
- Just print screen the ad and email it to us or send us the link
- Items purchased must be identical to the ad (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)
We DO NOT match the price in the following types of competitor ads:
- Items that require a separate purchase to get the ad price
- example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C"
- Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product
- example: "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
- Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card
- example: "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card
- Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
- Going out of business or closeout prices
- Percentage off (unless the RSP is same like ours)
- example: "All mascara, 40% off"
- Competitors' private label price promotions
We do not honour:
- Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined.
- If the link sent is not a valid link (fake link created just to get this benefit). Our team can identify whether or not the link is genuine.
- Misprinted ad prices of other retailers
- "Going out of business" sales or "close out" prices
- Post order price match. we do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time.
